How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at contact@boatdogcompany.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In those cases, Boat Dog will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Reach out to us at contact@boatdogcompany.com and we’ll help you process an exchange, subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
